COVID-19 & Mental Health
There are many reasons why we need to be extra cautious to protect our health during this pandemic, both physical health and mental health. Beyond the stress of COVID, we may face additional challenges, such as social isolation or not being able to access our usual coping strategies (ie: going to the gym, visiting friends or family). As weeks turn into months, we have already experienced shifts in how we Manitobans cope with this virus. Please take care of yourselves and each other during this time, and reach out, if you think I can be helpful to you.
Psychotherapy & COVID-19
Due to the recent coronavirus pandemic and until further notice, all appointments will be conducted virtually, over the telephone or via a secure, online video platform. You can expect communication from me, including a link to my "virtual waiting room" where we will connect for appointments.
Telephone/Video Counselling
Research shows that telephone counselling can be equally as effective as in-person counselling.
